## How a search runs
1. We talk about the seat, the territory and the product.
2. Daniel tells you straight if the seat will be a hard sell.
3. Simple agreement.
4. Daniel calls the people who fit, not the ones reading job posts.
5. You meet a short slate.
6. Offer and start. Daniel stays in it until they're in the seat.

## Terms
- Replacement: if the hire leaves or is let go within 90 days (6 months for leadership roles), the search is run again free.
- Exclusivity: 90 days on the search.
- Daniel won't recruit from his clients.
